Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to services contracted from Ofinev LLC through ofinev.com or our direct sales channels: custom software development, digital transformation and cloud consulting, solution architecture based on automation and AI, and technology training programs.

2. Development, consulting and architecture services

• Custom development and solution architecture projects are governed by their contract: you may cancel at any time and only the work actually performed up to the cancellation date is billed; unused advance payments are refunded.
• Prepaid consulting hours that have not been used are refundable within 30 days of payment.
• Ongoing engagements billed monthly can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle; no prorated refunds are issued for the current month already started.

3. How to request a refund

Write to info@ofinev.com stating your invoice or order number, the product or service and the reason for your request. You can also call us at +1 (484) 957-7772 (USA) or +1 (809) 683-0310 (Dominican Republic).

4. Processing times

Requests are answered within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
